ANY PERSON ENTERING INTO THE HUNGRY HOWIE’S® 2026 COLLEGE BASKETBALL SWEEPSTAKES AS OUTLINED BELOW, AGREES THAT THESE OFFICIAL RULES GOVERN AND ARE BINDING UPON SUCH ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES (DEFINED BELOW).

ARBITRATION NOTICE: ENTRANT AGREES THAT DISPUTES RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR INTERPRETATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE BETWEEN ENTRANT AND HUNGRY HOWIE’S PARTIES WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND ENTRANT WAIVES ENTRANT’S RIGHT TO BRING OR RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE AS, OR PARTICIPATE IN, A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, COLLECTIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR ARBITRATION.

1. Sponsor. Except as expressly provided below with respect to residents of the State of Florida, the Hungry Howie’s® College Basketball Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Hungry Howie’s Pizza & Subs, Inc., 30300 Stephenson Highway, Madison Heights, MI 48071 ("HHPSI"). For legal residents of the State of Florida only, the Sweepstakes is additionally sponsored and administered by H.H. Pizza, Inc. ("Florida Sponsor"), a licensee of Hungry Howie’s Pizza & Subs, Inc., which is solely responsible for the administration, operation, and regulatory compliance of the Sweepstakes in Florida. HHPSI and Florida Sponsor are referred to individually as a "Sponsor" and collectively as the "Sponsors."

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons and legal residents of the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, New York, and Rhode Island) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsors and their affiliates are not eligible. Sponsors’ determination of eligibility are final.

3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on March 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 27, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible persons may enter one (1) time using either of the following methods:

(a) Instagram Entry (Optional). Follow Hungry Howies on Instagram @hungryhowies, join the Secret Crust Society [Hungry Howie’s Broadcast Channel via Instagram] and submit an entry by completing the entry steps described in Sponsor’s promotional post. Instagram participation is not required to enter or win.

Use of scripts, bots, automation, multiple accounts, or other fraudulent methods is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the account by Instagram. Sponsor may require proof of account ownership.

(b) Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). To enter without Instagram, mail a handwritten 3" x 5" card with your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 22, 2026, and received by March 27, 2026.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems is prohibited.

6. Instagram Disclaimer and Release. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability arising from participation.

5. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

7. Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize: two (2) tickets to the 2026 NCAA Final Four and one (1) $2,500 travel voucher and two (2) Runner-Up Prizes of “Pizza for a Year” consisting of twenty-four (24) codes, each good for 1 Large Round 1-Topping pizza (denominations, issuance schedule, and terms determined by Sponsor). Total ARV of all prizes: $4,466. All prize details and restrictions apply. Gift cards are only good at independently owned and operated Hungry Howie’s locations. Prices and product availability at participating locations may vary.

Travel voucher is subject to issuer terms and conditions, including expiration, blackout dates, and transferability restrictions. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or changes.

NCAA® is a registered trademark of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the NCAA.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all travel arrangements and any expenses not expressly covered by the travel voucher. Travel is subject to availability and event scheduling. Winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release as a condition of prize award.

8. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection & Notification. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 30, 2026. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message or comment and must respond within one (1) day.

10. Winner List. For a list of winners (available after April 15, 2026), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Hungry Howie’s College Basketball Sweepstakes – Winners List, 30300 Stephenson Highway, Madison Heights, MI 48071. Requests must be received by May 15, 2026.

11. Publicity. Except where prohibited, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, Instagram handle, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Privacy. Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact entrants, award prizes, and for promotional and marketing purposes as permitted by law, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at:

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability. Entrants release the Hungry Howie’s Parties from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or prize use.

14. ARBITRATION. ENTRANTS AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS (DEFINED BELOW), BETWEEN ENTRANT AND HUNGRY HOWIE’S PARTIES PROVIDERS WILL BE RESOLVED BY FINAL BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, PURSUANT TO THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARBITRATION SERVICES PROVIDED BY NEW ERA (“NEW ERA”). SUCH CLAIMS SHALL BE ADMINISTERED BY NEW ERA PURSUANT TO ITS COMPREHENSIVE ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES AS SUPPLEMENTED BY NEW ERA MASS ARBITRATION PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES THEN IN EFFECT (“NEW ERA RULES”). THE NEW ERA RULES MAY BE FOUND AT https://neweraadr.com. NEITHER ENTRANT NOR HUNGRY HOWIE’S PARTIES SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO BRING OR RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE AS, OR PARTICIPATE IN, A CLASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE, GENERAL ACTION, OR ARBITRATION. SPONSOR WILL PAY ALL ARBITRATION FILING FEES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO FILE THE CLAIM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY.

THE DECISION OF THE ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING ON THE PARTIES. JUDGMENT ON ANY AWARD(S) RENDERED BY THE ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF.

“CLAIMS” MEANS ALL CLAIMS, DISPUTES, OR CONTROVERSIES (WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, EQUITY, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES INCLUDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OFFERED OR PROVIDED BY THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE RULES OR THE BREACH THEREOF, OR THE SCOPE OR VALIDITY OF THESE RULES, INCLUDING THE VALIDITY AND SCOPE, INTERPRETATION, ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY ARBITRATION OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE RULES.

DESPITE THE FOREGOING OR ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS SECTION 14, IF ANY COURT, ARBITRATOR, OR ARBITRATION ADMINISTRATOR DETERMINES THAT ALL OR ANY PART OF THE PRECEDING SECTION 14 IS UNENFORCEABLE WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM THAT OTHERWISE WOULD BE SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION UNDER THIS SECTION 14, THEN ENTRANT AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT THIS SECTION 14 WILL NOT APPLY TO THAT CLAIM, AND SUCH CLAIM WILL BE RESOLVED IN A JUDICIAL PROCEEDING IN (A) A CONSUMER DISPUTE IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN THE COUNTY IN WHICH ENTRANT RESIDED AT THE TIME OF THE DISPUTE OR (B) IN ALL OTHER INSTANCES IN STATE COURT IN OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN.

15. Governing Law and Venue. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and to the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
